Aitros Engagement uses AI-assisted features to help organizations design assessments, understand employee feedback, identify themes, and create draft reports.
This page explains how AI is used in Aitros and what customers should know before relying on AI-generated outputs.
1. How Aitros Uses AI
Aitros may use AI to help with:
- Creating draft survey and assessment questions;
- Recommending who should receive assessments;
- Suggesting assessment cadence;
- Generating follow-up questions;
- Summarizing open-text feedback;
- Identifying themes and sentiment;
- Organizing employee listening data;
- Drafting reports;
- Suggesting possible action areas;
- Supporting leadership development and 360 feedback analysis.
2. AI Is Advisory
AI-generated outputs are informational and advisory.
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or may miss important context.
Customers are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before using them.
3. No Automated Employment Decisions
Aitros is not designed to make employment decisions.
Customers should not use AI-generated outputs as the sole basis for hiring, firing, promotion, compensation, discipline, performance management, or other consequential employment decisions.
Human review is required.
4. No Legal or Professional Advice
Aitros does not provide legal, employment-law, psychological, medical, financial, or professional HR advice.
Customers are responsible for consulting qualified professionals when needed.
5. Customer Data and AI
AI features may process survey responses, written comments, ratings, AI chat transcripts, organizational metadata, assessment configuration, and related customer data in order to provide the service.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Aitros does not use customer assessment responses, employee comments, AI chat transcripts, or 360 feedback data to train third-party foundation models.
6. Responsible Use
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing appropriate notices to participants;
- Configuring assessments responsibly;
- Reviewing outputs before relying on them;
- Avoiding discriminatory, retaliatory, or unlawful use;
- Ensuring compliance with employment, privacy, labor, and anti-discrimination laws;
- Using Aitros as a decision-support tool, not as a replacement for human judgment.
