Subprocessors

Aitros Engagement uses trusted third-party service providers, also called subprocessors, to help provide our website, platform, infrastructure, billing, email, analytics, AI features, and support.
This page lists categories of subprocessors that may process customer or participant data on behalf of Aitros.
1. What Is a Subprocessor?
A subprocessor is a third-party service provider that processes information for Aitros so we can operate and deliver the platform.
2. Subprocessor Categories
Aitros may use subprocessors for:
- Cloud hosting;
- Database services;
- Authentication;
- Payment processing;
- Email delivery;
- AI processing;
- Analytics;
- Logging and monitoring;
- Customer support;
- Scheduling;
- Security and infrastructure.
3. Current Subprocessors
The following list should be updated based on the actual tools currently used by Aitros.

| Slack | Optional workspace notifications and integrations | Notification content, workspace identifiers, delivery metadata |
| Sentry | Error monitoring and application diagnostics | Technical logs, stack traces, device and browser metadata (PII minimized) |
| Zoho or scheduling provider | Scheduling and demo booking | Contact information, meeting details |
| Analytics provider, if used | Website or product analytics | Usage data, device data, event data |

4. AI Providers
Aitros may use AI providers to power AI-assisted features.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Aitros does not use customer assessment responses, employee comments, AI chat transcripts, or 360 feedback data to train third-party foundation models.
